What both plans include
Both plans start from the same security baseline. Secure+ adds monitoring and reviews on top; it never means the basics get switched on later.
- MFA on every account
- A stolen password on its own does not get anyone into your email or files.
- Conditional access
- Sign-ins from unexpected places or unmanaged devices are blocked or challenged, not waved through.
- Managed devices
- A lost or stolen laptop is locked or wiped rather than becoming a data leak.
- Endpoint protection with alerts acted on
- Malware on a machine is caught and dealt with rather than sitting there unnoticed.
- Email authentication at enforcement
- Receiving mail servers reject email that pretends to be your business, and your real mail keeps landing.
- Managed patching
- Known holes in Windows and the apps you rely on are closed before they are used against you.
- Documentation your business owns
- If I disappeared tomorrow, a competent stranger could pick up your IT from the notes.
- Emergency admin access

Work out your monthly figure
Pick a plan and a headcount. The figure is per user per month, straight from the plans above.
- Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration included.
- Response target 4 business hours on Business+ and above.
- Support hours Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Brisbane time, excluding Queensland public holidays.
- Minimum 5 users, billed monthly. All prices + GST.
- Software licences billed at cost on top.
- Plan support is included; project work is quoted separately.
- On-site where it helps, remote when that is faster.
- After-hours and urgent work at the published urgent rates.
Fewer than 5 people, or want the entry-level Essentials tier instead? Ask. It is still available, just not a published catalogue tier.
What can be billed on top
The plan fee covers the support. Anything else that can appear on an invoice is listed here, and each one is agreed with you before the work starts.
