Ewan Me IT Pty Ltd (Ewan Me IT) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it, in plain English.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form or run the free security health check, we collect the details you give us — your name, email and the message or domain you enter. That’s it. We don’t track you across the web.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to you and provide the service you asked for. Form submissions are processed through our workflow tooling and stored in our support system (Freshdesk) so we can help you. The domain you scan is checked against public DNS and breach data — we don’t store your scan to sell or share it.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with the service providers we use to run the business (e.g. email, ticketing) and only as needed to help you, or where required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted at any time — just email ewan@ewanmeit.com.au. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
